Info for Presenters
All presenters
Unregistered presenters will not be able to present their talk/poster and the associated abstracts will not be published following the meeting. Presenters who are not in attendance at their allotted time will not have their abstracts published following the meeting.
Poster presenters
Your poster should be in PORTRAIT FORMAT, no larger than A0 size (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches). Your poster can be smaller than this, but should not be larger.
All posters will remain up for the entire meeting and there will be two separate poster sessions. You will be allocated one session when you are expected to be present at your poster (although of course you are welcome to be at both).
Poster boards will be numbered so you can find your assigned space.
Please remove your poster at the end of the meeting. Posters that are unclaimed by the end of the meeting on Sunday afternoon will be discarded.
Talk presenters
Please have your talk available before the session in Powerpoint format so that we can load it onto the presentation computer.
Speakers are welcome to test out their talks during any of the morning coffee or break sessions. Priority will always be given to the speakers who are in the session immediately following the break.
Contributed session talks: Each session consists of six talks, allotted 15 minutes per person. Talks should be 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions.
Invited session talks: Each session consists of four talks, allotted 25 minutes per person, followed by a 20-minute panel discussion led by the moderator. Talks should be 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
